This short guide walks you through the key steps for using Tvoj e-Račun. If anything is unclear, contact us via the contact form or in real time through the Mudra Sova chatbot in the bottom-right corner.

1. Registration

Open an account in a few minutes — no binding contract. You need:

  • OIB (tax ID) of a legal entity or sole trader,
  • Email address for login and notifications,
  • Mobile contact number.

Click the "Register" button in the header or at the bottom of the page, fill in the short form and you get access to the app immediately.

2. Sending e-invoices

In the app, choose "New e-invoice", enter the recipient (OIB), line items, amounts and tax. The app will automatically:

  • Validate data against EU norm 16931-1:2017,
  • Assign an invoice number in line with the Fiscalization Act,
  • Fiscalize the invoice with the Croatian Tax Authority,
  • Send the e-invoice to the recipient (internally or to their email).

You track invoice status in real time — from "sent" to "received" and "paid".

3. Receiving e-invoices

All supplier e-invoices arrive directly in your inbox. You can:

  • View, download PDF/XML,
  • Approve for payment or mark as paid,
  • Export to your accounting system (XML or CSV).

4. Document archive

All e-invoices and accompanying documents are safely stored in the digital archive for the period included in your plan (12 or 16 months). After the base period expires you have the option of extended storage by agreement.

At any time you can export the entire archive in standard format (XML + PDF) — with no data hidden behind our system.

5. Fiscalization

Fiscalization is included in the plan — at no additional cost. Every e-invoice is automatically reported to the Tax Authority within seconds.

The system is compliant with Fiscalization 2.0 (Fiscalization Act, NN 89/25). Currently supported models are B2B and B2G (business recipients). The B2C model (F1 invoices for private individuals) will be available by June 1, 2026 — see the "Coming soon" section for the roadmap.

6. Pricing and billing

No binding term — cancel any time. You pay only for what you use:

  • Super offer — €15 for 16 months, 600 outbound + 1,800 inbound invoices. Valid until January 31, 2027.
  • Prepaid — €0.05 + VAT per issued invoice, prepaid credit, ongoing model. Inbound invoices up to 2× the number of outbound.

7. Security and privacy

All communication with the server goes over TLS encryption. Data is stored in data centers in the EU. For detailed information see the Privacy Policy.
